How I Significantly Increased Ava Estell's

The Problem
Ava Estell had enlisted Shivook marketing agency to help get better margins out of their marketing spend. As their partner CRO Specialist, I was tasked with finding ways to optimise Ava Estell's conversion rate. The challenge was that their site was already heavily optimised with winning practices in the ecommerce space. There were few immediately obvious ways to improve their site.
The Solution
I dug deep into their site's data analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings. I found that only 43% of visitors scrolled far enough down their webpages and saw one of their most powerful forms of social proof: before and after pictures of real customers' skin transformations. I hypothesised that moving these before and after pictures higher up on webpages to an area which 90+% of visitors regularly viewed would increase conversions.

The Problem
Our team at Shivook marketing agency just had a massive win improving conversion rates and revenue for our client, Cosari, by totally redesigning their smartwatch landing page. While I analysed the A/B test results, something glaring stood out: the 'add to cart' metrics on the new design plummeted compared to the original design. Seeing this made me wonder if there was even more revenue to unlock from this redesign.
The Solution
Evaluating the design heuristically, putting myself in the shoes of the user, I noticed that perhaps several users were not sure what they were supposed to do or how to place an order. This was because the only time the user was instructed to add to cart was 5-6 scrolls down the page. I decided to run a follow up test with the hypothesis that if the hero call to action button text was changed from "Shop 37% off" to "Shop 37% off - Add To Cart Now", then visitors would more users will go further through the buyer journey by clicking the add to cart button, leading to increased purchases.

+117.8% increase in conversion rate
+$3.79 increase in revenue per visitor
